1. Introduction
Welcome to Afrodrip fashion, the premier marketplace for African streetwear. This Vendor Policy outlines the terms and conditions that govern your participation as a vendor on our platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
2. Vendor Eligibility
To become a vendor, you must:
- Be an independent brand, designer, or retailer offering high-quality streetwear, footwear, or accessories.
- Provide accurate business and contact information during the registration process.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding e-commerce and product sales.
3. Product Listings & Compliance Vendors are responsible for:
- Uploading clear and high-quality images of their products.
- Providing accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability.
- Ensuring that all products adhere to our quality and authenticity standards.
- Prohibited Items: Vendors are not allowed to list counterfeit, illegal, or culturally inappropriate items.
4. Commission & Fees
- Afrodrip charges a 15% commission on each sale to cover platform maintenance, transaction processing, and marketing efforts.
- The commission is automatically deducted before the vendor receives their payout.
- No upfront fees are required to list products; you only pay when you make a sale.
5. Payments & Payouts
- Payments for completed orders are processed immediately
- Payouts are sent via bank transfer after deducting the 15% commission.
- Vendors must provide accurate payment details to avoid payout delays.
6. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- Platform-Managed Shipping: The platform handles logistics and coordinates deliveries with third-party shipping partners.
- Product Availability Requirement: Vendors must have products in stock before listing them.
- Pickup Timing: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the logistics company will contact the vendor on the same day or the next day for pickup.
- Packaging: Vendors must ensure products are properly packaged and ready for collection.
- Timely Handover: Failure to provide the product at the agreed time may lead to penalties, including order cancellation and vendor suspension.
7. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
- In cases of disputes, Afrodrip Fashion reserves the right to mediate and ensure fair resolution.
- If a refund is issued due to vendor negligence (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product), the vendor will bear the refund cost.
8. Vendor Responsibilities & Account Management
- Vendors must maintain a high level of customer service, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Account inactivity for 6 months may result in deactivation.
- Repeated policy violations may lead to suspension or termination from the platform.
9. Policy Updates
Afrodrip Fashion reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of any significant changes.
